5 Roles · 12 Departments
Each role owns dedicated departments with isolated databases. Zero overlap, zero conflict — every business function covered from day one.
1 Main · 5 Roles · Auto-routed
The Main Agent reads all 12 department databases, classifies every incoming task, and routes it to the right role — automatically, with no manual switching.
Cross-dept → confirmed first
When a task spans multiple departments, the Main Agent presents a clear coordination plan and waits for your confirmation before fanning out across roles.

This platform didn't come from a hackathon. It came from two decades of governance research, writing, training, and observation.

Amoeba Management
Kazuo Inamori

Each role agent operates independently — its own scope, its own data, its own accountability. Together, they form a self-organizing, high-performance organism. Chaos becomes coordination.

Ultra-Light Governance™
NG TICK KEE

The lightest governance structure that can hold the largest organization together. Not more control — better design. Order emerges from the system, not from the manager.

"This isn't theory on paper. This is theory that runs."

80%
Operating Cost Reduction

One automatable agent replaces the cost stack of a full back-office team.

Customers running 99Pages Agentic OS for daily ops — inbox triage, drafting, scheduling, research briefs, document parsing, social posting, billing reconciliation — consistently report ~80% reduction in monthly operating overhead versus hiring or outsourcing the same workload. One US$10 top-up usually covers a week of full-time secretarial volume.

32 MCP Modules. 17 Expert Skills. One Install.

Your secretary doesn't generalise — it composes the right specialist for each task. All ship in the one-line installer, no separate downloads, no glue code.

New modules and skills ship monthly. The agent self-discovers them via SkillsList + ListModules — no version pinning, no upgrade dance.

One agent. Your computer. Your browser. All your apps.

Other AI tools answer questions. 99Pages does the work — clicking through your apps, reading your files, driving your browser, chaining tools together in a single prompt. One conversation can touch a dozen pieces of software without you switching tabs.

Computer Use

Reads, edits, runs — locally.

Filesystem access (fs), auto-wrap any installed CLI (harness), run SSH on remote machines (ssh), pull keys from the local vault (keybox). The agent plans a multi-step task and executes it — you read the result, you don't drive the mouse.

  • → "Find the latest invoice PDF, extract amount + due date, add to calendar"
  • → "Run my deploy script on the staging server, watch logs, tell me if it succeeds"
  • → "Compress this folder of images, upload to R2, give me the URL"
Browser Use

Lives where you browse.

A Chrome extension + PWA WebApp put the agent inside every browser tab. Right-click any selection → send to library / summarise / translate. Voice in, voice out. The agent reads pages, follows links, drafts replies in textareas.

  • → "Open this LinkedIn profile, save the person to my CRM"
  • → "Read this 40-page docs site, summarise the changelog"
  • → "Watch my Gmail tab, draft replies in my voice for confirmation"
Multi-Software Orchestration

One prompt → many apps.

32 specialised modules + 17 skills. The agent chains them in a single loop — you ask for an outcome, it picks the tools. Sub-agent fan-out (subcli) runs branches in parallel when the task is wide.

  • → "Read today's regulator email, brief me, save sources, schedule follow-up, ping me on Telegram"
  • → "Research 3 competitors in parallel, deliver one comparison table"
  • → "Transcribe this voice note, extract todos, add to my project board"
Example: a single voice command, six modules
"Hey, summarise this Federal Reserve PDF I just got, add the meeting date to my calendar, save the doc to my library, and remind me on Telegram an hour before."
voice docparse briefing calendar library telegram-bot Done in < 30 seconds.

Most AI tools are a chat box. 99Pages is a worker. You describe the outcome — the agent picks the right combination of computer, browser, and connected apps to deliver it.

Agent2Agent done right.
No meetings. No drift. Just state.

Other multi-agent frameworks (AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Swarm) make LLMs role-play as "Project Manager" and "Researcher" so they can chat with each other. That wastes tokens, drifts off-task, and produces non-deterministic handoffs. 99Pages does it differently: agents coordinate via shared workspace state, never message-passing.

1 · Each device is a node

Identity · state · capabilities

Every install registers as a node with a stable ID, declared capabilities (chat / voice / fs / ssh / …), current state (idle / busy / offline / locked), and a queue depth. The cloud relay watches all nodes you own.

2 · Tasks are content-addressable

Idempotent · addressable · queueable

Every task has a SHA-256 content hash as its ID. Re-enqueue the same task → no-op. Address by @device-id, by @<tag>, by @capability:voice, or @all for fan-out. Busy nodes auto-queue.

3 · Handoff via continuations

Pipeline, not chatroom

Task finishes on Device A → declares its continuation (next task with output as input) → cloud routes it to Device B. No agent ever calls another agent. No debate. No drift. Just clean state transitions.

99Pages multi-agent vs the chatroom approach
❌ AutoGen / CrewAI / Swarm
  • Agents role-play as humans ("you are the Manager")
  • Coordination via natural-language messages
  • Non-deterministic handoffs, hard to audit
  • Tokens burned on agent-to-agent "meetings"
  • Context windows pollute across roles
✅ 99Pages Workspace
  • Agents are stateless executors. No role play.
  • Coordination via JSON state + SHA-256 task IDs
  • Deterministic, observable, auditable
  • One LLM call per task. Zero meetings.
  • Each task carries its full input. No shared context.
