Plain English summary: Your data stays on your machine. We charge you for AI model calls when you use them. No subscription. No refunds. We never sell your data. If you lose your USB, we'll help unbind it.

4.1 Pay-as-you-go credits

Top-up credits (USD $10 minimum, or USD $100 included with Portable) are deducted per actual AI call. Pricing per model is published in the Console. Credits are non-refundable once added to your balance.

4.2 Portable USB

The USD $198 Portable purchase is one-off and includes USD $100 of Workforce credits. Non-refundable, non-returnable once opened. Hardware failures within the SanDisk-grade warranty period (typically 3 years) are eligible for ID-verified replacement at customer-paid shipping cost.

4.3 No subscription

We never auto-renew, never charge a recurring fee, never lock you in. If you stop using the product, no further charges occur.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to your account address. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

This policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
