1. Who we are
99Pages Agentic OS is designed, built, and operated by NG TICK KEE (trading as 99Pages), based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Contact: [email protected].
2. What data we collect
2.1 Account data
- Your email address (used as account identifier; magic-link sign-in)
- Stripe customer ID (for billing reconciliation only)
- For Portable: your USB hardware serial number (for device binding) and shipping address (for fulfilment)
2.2 Usage data
- Per-call metering: timestamp, module called (chat/voice/etc.), token / second counts, cost in USD
- Connected-device heartbeat (Workspace Seats / Portable): device ID, last-seen timestamp, declared capabilities
- NO prompts, NO completions, NO file contents, NO conversation history are stored on our servers
2.3 What stays on YOUR machine
- All journal entries, library documents, conversations, contacts, calendar events, project state — these live in SQLite at
~/.agentic-os/(Core) or on the USB itself (Portable) - Encryption keys, API keys in the local keybox — never transmitted
- The Workforce gateway sees only the in-flight request payload; it does not log it
3. How we use your data
- To provide the service (route model calls, bill credits, deliver USB)
- To diagnose service failures and prevent abuse
- To send transactional emails (order confirmation, redemption codes, balance-low warnings)
- We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing
- We do NOT use your prompts to train models
4. Billing & refunds
4.1 Pay-as-you-go credits
Top-up credits (USD $10 minimum, or USD $100 included with Portable) are deducted per actual AI call. Pricing per model is published in the Console. Credits are non-refundable once added to your balance.
4.2 Portable USB
The USD $198 Portable purchase is one-off and includes USD $100 of Workforce credits. Non-refundable, non-returnable once opened. Hardware failures within the SanDisk-grade warranty period (typically 3 years) are eligible for ID-verified replacement at customer-paid shipping cost.
4.3 No subscription
We never auto-renew, never charge a recurring fee, never lock you in. If you stop using the product, no further charges occur.
5. Account & device security
- Sign-in is magic-link only — no password to leak
- API keys are auto-provisioned at signup, bound to your account, never displayed in the UI, fetched per-call by the CLI
- Portable USBs are bound to one specific hardware serial number — copying the encrypted vault to a different drive will not work
- Lost / stolen USB: sign in to app.99pages.uk → Account → Devices → Unbind; the device JWT is invalidated server-side
6. Cookies & tracking
The marketing site (this domain) uses no analytics cookies, no third-party trackers, no ad pixels. The Console (app.99pages.uk) uses one session cookie strictly for keeping you signed in.
7. Your rights
- Access: Email [email protected] to request a copy of all data we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.
- Deletion: Email the same address to delete your account + all server-side data. Note: this cannot recover unused credits.
- Portability: All your real data already lives on your own machine — nothing to export from our side.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Generate or distribute content that is illegal in Malaysia, your jurisdiction, or under the Workforce gateway provider's terms (CSAM, terrorism material, fraud, etc.)
- Attempt to bypass Portable USB hardware binding or the Workforce gateway's billing system
- Resell raw access to the Workforce gateway as an API service without a written agreement
9. Service availability
99Pages Agentic OS is a small-business product. We aim for >99% uptime on the Workforce gateway and best-effort response on email support. No SLA is offered or implied. See the Disclaimer for the full no-warranty statement.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to your account address. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
